Léon Grosse is a company with a history stretching back almost 150 years! Since 1881, the company has been constructing major buildings and infrastructure that are integral to our daily lives. Now a purpose-driven company, Léon Grosse is expanding and diversifying rapidly. As the company had little experience with external communications, ELEF developed a concept that showcases the diversity of the group’s activities using a fresh approach for the sector.

The challenge

To create innovative content that showcases the deeply human and contemporary side of the Léon Grosse group.

To bring its positioning and its slogan “Changing the present” to life by highlighting the key players in the projects led by Léon Grosse.

What we did

With RÊVALITÉ, we developed an innovative web series concept led by an urban planning content creator: Mohamed Gholam. His channel “Le Nouveau Programme” embodies a fresh and playful vision of architecture and urban planning.

We therefore wrote three episodes, each presenting two projects. In each episode, a cross-cutting theme is explored with all the project’s stakeholders, with Léon Grosse at the helm.

Mohamed Gholam is the narrator of these episodes, which we produced, directed, filmed and edited over several months.

To ensure these episodes could be broadcast, ELEF also led the accompanying social media campaign by creating short video clips and teasers.

We finally ran the paid campaign to ensure the series reached a wide audience and to raise Léon Grosse’s profile, first within its sector and ultimately amongst the general public.

The outcome

Léon Grosse now has a beautifully crafted showcase for its expertise on social media. This season has generated a great deal of pride internally, and now everyone is keen to get started on season 2!

Better still, the episodes generated a huge number of views and a high level of engagement for the sector. Nearly 5 million impressions on social medias across a two-month campaign. Impressive figures for the sector and the B2B market.

We will be able to launch season 2 with improvements that will take Léon Grosse to a new level of recognition and brand awareness.
